Welcome to the relaunch of Canberra City Pipes and Drums TeamApp website. We first started checking TeamApp in late 2015, but didn’t have sufficient buy-in to make it a success. Another local Pipe Band (Hi Qbn) has recently picked up on TeamApp, and run with it, so this may be the impetus we need to step up and join in.
TeamApp is a great Australian web app, initially set up for sporting teams, but finding greater use for organisations of all sorts, including Pipe Bands.
There is a small amount of ‘external’ advertising on the App, but I think you’ll agree it is a small price to pay for a great utility.
I’d ask all CCPD playing members to ‘sign up’ as there will be content specific to events that is only available to registered members, and Hi to our public, we will be adding items of general interest so you can follow the Band from the comfort of your phone or computer.
